It was good - close to three supermarkets, close to Tranvia, quiet area. The only thing is that it was not clean at all when I moved in, like it wasn't cleaned at all after another guest, I cleaned some surfaces by myself, even the WC area that was quite unpleasant. But considering the price... It was quite ok for me. Of course it's not fancy, but it's just a room, probably mostly for students. It had everything like on photos.
- It wasn't cleaned after previous guest.
- Cockroaches in the hallway and kitchen, but it's understandable as it's been situated on the ground floor.

J'ai bien aimé l'endroit, calme et bien situé, à proximité des transports en commun.
J'apprécie l'accueil, la chaleur des lieux et bien entendu le comportement du propriétaire qui fait tout que vous soyez à l'aise.

Las zonas comunes muy bien, cocina etc
