the staff were friendly and helpful. the facilities were adequate and very relaxing
the toilet, being common use, could do better with regular floor and toilet cleaning. but it was not dirty, just sandy, a fresh toilet just makes for a better experience overall.

The location and with parking. At the beach. Breakfast.
Toilet and shower are outside from the privat Villa, a visit at night is challenging. Villa has sliding doors which make a lot of noise. Mosquitos are hunting you down. Bed is on the floor and almost no space around it. Also not enough power outlets. For the price you pay the quality stays behind. Pity! Strange thing happened, Booking.com price was around 7 k per night, at the reception it was around 2,5 k less..explanation from the hotel was that Booking has an extra fee. Better book directly from hotel website.

I liked the location of the property. It's near good restaurant and coffee choices - things that a non-surfer tourist in La Union would highly appreciate. The size of the bed was enough for a couple - we had good sleep. The villa type set-up was really enjoyable and we did enjoy our time. Outdoor shower and toilet were okay - these are new to me. The beachfront had a good view of the sunset.
Within the room/sleeping area, there were no sidetables or areas where you can temporarily store your stuff. The villa had a flimsy way of securing the sliding doors. In the afternoon, there was a lot of mosquitos/flys; however, at night they were all gone - must be because of the blue lights. During our stay, a group occupied the and had their videoke blasting as early as 8:00am - disrupting what could have been a peaceful stay.

Close to the beach, I managed to have an entire room for myself, far from the rest of the travellers. I also spent a lot of time reading on the comfortable sofas at the terrace.
The bathroom facilities are very basic.
