Nothing, everything was really good. There is abit of a walk to get to the town, when cable car isnt running.

overall location was good except it is a bit far from the nearest station, and public transportation or taxis were few so it would be better for those with a vehicle.

The room was spacious and well equipped. The onsen was not super luxurious but still nice.

The location is close to the cable tram, but still rather remote. So there are barely any options for meals, as the hotel does not offer any (not even vending machine options). Some days of the week, the closest place that is open is about half an hour walk (on a steep hill). But most inconveniently, this hotel seems to have had some bad experiences with previous tourists and is now very adamant about not offering luggage shipping, nor assisting with booking taxis. However, there are barely any GO taxis available in this area, so if you wanna catch your flight or train, booking a taxi in advance becomes nearly impossible. Taking luggage into the public transport is kind of a no-go as well. After a lot of begging, the staff ended up making an exception- but the whole reason for me to stay at a hotel vs a bnb is because of the additional services they usually offer and just the general helpfulness of staff. We travel with a small child and 6 months pregnant- so having to deal with all this stressful logistics caused that we could not really enjoy our stay here, despite the rooms being nice.
