Beautiful outlook on a very nice beach. Staff take a great deal of pride in their work, this shows in rooms, gardens, beach, food and service. From the pick up from the ferry until check out and return staff ensured all was perfect.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and enjoyed a truly unforgettable honeymoon. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful. The level of service was exceptional throughout our stay. The restaurant was excellent, the food was delicious, and the hygiene and cleanliness of the hotel were impeccable. Everything was well-maintained, and we always felt comfortable and cared for. What impressed us especially was how respectful and considerate the staff were regarding our Islamic values and sensitivities. They showed great understanding and respect for our needs, which meant a lot to us and made our stay even more comfortable. We would like to sincerely thank the entire team for making our honeymoon so special and memorable. We were extremely happy with our experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful, clean, welcoming, and high-quality place to stay. A perfect honeymoon experience — 10/10! We would happily stay here again. ❤️ A special thank you to Mr. Bunroth, who took such great care of us and was always so attentive to our needs. Staff were super friendly and our room was really clean I enjoyed my stay

The pictures are accurate and it’s a collection of less than a dozen rooms around a sweet pool on a lovely beach it shares with a back packers hotel and cafe with rooms above so it feels fairly private tbh. The rooms are nicely decorated and a good size. The food in the onsite restaurant is extremely good indeed (for lunch and dinner) with a small menu of western pub classics and rice bowls etc in the Asian section which lets the chef concentrate on quality. On arrival we felt we had done well.

Even though we had booked rooms with sofa beds which were needed to accommodate the named guests in our reservation we were told the sofa beds were included but the bedding wasn’t and would coast $35 per sofa bed per night. Rather set the tone tbh. The problem with the place frankly is the staff who are very smiley, very pleasant and totally inert. The place is urgently in need of maintenance (see pics) with the rain washing the beach away to expose plumbing and sewer and the staff either leave it or throw a tarp over it. Although there were only 4 rooms occupied the week we were there, (we were a party of 5) and took 2, all the tables were set for 2 people. Every breakfast, lunch and dinner, the three staff would stand and look blankly as we pushed tables around to make a 5, then chairs, then take table setting from elsewhere and set our own table. Not once did it occur to anyone to either pre-empt or assist. If you want food or drink you have to go to the bar or into the kitchen where the waiting staff hang out. They ran out of rum on the first night and beer on the second. Breakfast was grim, odd as the food later in the day was genuinely delicious - the noodles are fab. The pastries (which ran out on day 3 never to be replaced) and cakes and juice etc are 7-11 style. Lots of food die. Lots of sugar and very stale. The choices are very limited indeed- maybe because it was so empty I don’t know and the hot options are greasy and unpleasant. The hotel has two stray dogs, (not uncommon in Asia) and when i tried to offload my bacon on them - both refused it. Says it all. There are two inflatable kayaks for guest use but both are slightly deflated and nobody can be bothered to find the pump…. The beach area around the restauarant looks like a massive ashtray.
