This hotel is the best hotel we have come across in the month we have been in México. Staff are super friendly and helpful, Jean paul is the friendliest and makes sure that everything is perfect. He will even give you some tips on where and what to do if needed. Everything is close by within a short walk. The beds are comfortable and there are 3 pillows to choose from. Alexa controls a few electrical things in the room but you can also operate it manually if you want. We only had breakfast here as the restaurant is closed on Tuesday's but it was good size servings and presented very well, coffee taste like coffee. Only thing that is a side note is there is no lift so if you are unable to climb up 1 set of stairs for any reason try and get a ground floor room. 10/10
