the location was closer to dharamkot and bhagsu. so, roaming around was good. The rooms were clean. The property is the best if you compares with the ones around it.
some of the staff was rude. rest, managers were good.

Looks luxurious, new building. Location is close to upper Bhagsu. Nice view from windows and balcony (make sure to get high floors).
Some staff were nice and helpful, while others were less helpful as they hard time understanding our Enlgish.
On check-in day we had hard time finding the place at night, and they didn't answer the phone. We evetually found the place but it was very scary experience.
Our room didn't have the mountain view, although it was mentioned on the description.
There was some mold in the ceiling, because of strong recent rains, which was the reason we eventually moved to another hotel.

no window in the room- there is a big door but with no moskito net on it.

Every night there was loud music from the rooftop bar. We stayed on the 4th floor just under the bar on the 5th floor. The music is so loud and annoying the walls vibrate. It does stop at around 2300 but until then it's F annoying đ
