The apartment is in a great location, close to tram and bus stops and multiple shopping centres. The apartment had all of the necessities: kitchen tools, dishes, etc. Two types of pillows were available, which made our sleep better. For an extra fee, we could have a later check-out, which was a great help. Good price value ratio.
The apartment has one small window, and to allow some air circulation, we wanted to keep it open at night. However, there is ongoing construction work in the neighbouring building, which causes noise in the morning, depending on which part of the building they are working on. We spent 7 nights in this place, but only one kitchen towel and one hand towel were offered, which, after a few days, started to become a bit uncomfortable. (I wouldn't expect daily housekeeping, but an extra towel is a small thing which could definitely improve the experience.)

Die gemütliche Souterrain-Unterkunft hat uns insgesamt sehr gut gefallen. Das Bett war ausgesprochen bequem und durch die typischen Altbauwände war es erstaunlich ruhig – teilweise hatte man fast das Gefühl, alleine im Haus zu sein.
Erwähnen sollte man jedoch, dass derzeit im Innenhof Bau- bzw. Renovierungsarbeiten stattfinden. Ab ca. 8 Uhr morgens waren entsprechende Geräusche zu hören. Uns persönlich hat das nicht gestört, da wir ohnehin früh unterwegs waren, für Langschläfer könnte es aber eventuell relevant sein.
Die Gastgeberin war sehr bemüht und ausgesprochen aufmerksam. An Tipps, Empfehlungen und Informationen hat es definitiv nicht gefehlt – wir waren stellenweise fast besser informiert als die Touristeninformation 😄 Man merkt aber, dass alles sehr gut gemeint ist und sie großen Wert darauf legt, dass sich ihre Gäste wohlfühlen.
Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und haben den Aufenthalt genossen. Vielen Dank!
Für zukünftige Gäste vielleicht noch als kleiner Hinweis: Das Bad ist zwar insgesamt sehr kompakt, allerdings gibt es aktuell kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten für Kosmetik- oder Pflegeartikel. Eine kleine Ablage unter dem Spiegel oder über der Toilette wäre sicherlich praktisch und würde den Komfort zusätzlich erhöhen.

Hästi mõnus olemine. Ilus pisike majutus. Üks väheseid kohti millel on ka telekaga koos mingi kanalite pakett.
Kui siis ainult see kuidas maja tagant majutusse sisse pääses.

Pleasant apartment in an old converted Soviet era building. Walking distance to amenities and old town. Nice spacious room, comfortable bed and good shower. Good communication from host.
Confusing description - bedroom not separate, no hairdryer in bathroom, no garden view - just carpark. As budget travellers we wanted to use the kitchen but found most simple meals like pizza and microwave packs could not be cooked as there’s no oven or simple microwave, only small hob and one pan + fry pan. Tried to make sandwiches but no bread knife. No dinner plates. No dish washer or draining board facility so washing was difficult, no tea towel provided, no cloth to wipe kitchen down and no small brush/dustpan to sweep floor after crumbs fell. Nespresso machine with two complimentary pods but these pods are not available to buy anywhere - host offered to sell me some but better to provide original machine as original pods widely available. Shower drain was slow, still no was very tiny, no shaving socket. Key box for access was supposed to be labelled ‘A’ but it was labelled ´O’. Noise from residents from around 6am and a lot of noise Friday night/Saturday morning through the night to 5am. Building site next door making noise from 8am daily. Didn’t need parking but was informed after booking that it would be €20/24hr.
