Location was fantastic.
Staff were friendly.
Room was clean.
Decor was nice.
Having to use a regular key to get into the room.
Parking lot was the view from my window.

I only stayed here one night but it was one of my favourite places I’ve stayed, especially for the price. There was no natural light which for me is great to sleep in. The bed and bathroom were huge with amazing features, that spa bath! The dimmable lighting was a really nice feature. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was perfect right next to Gion shijo station. Would stay again.
10am check out a little earlier than other hotels in the area, but appreciated the option for late check out in 30 minute increments being fairly priced.

Everything was just perfect: great room, bathroom, bed & great location & super nice and helpful staff.
I would recommend this location without any hesitation.
