The 2 full bathrooms are both equipped with hair dryers and bathroom amenities (soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, etc) for added convenience. Located in a quiet, highly sought-after area (South Park) of Charlotte, this home is just minutes from top attractions including top country clubs and golfing. Enjoy a fresh cup of coffee in one of the oversized rocking chairs on the front porch and relax under the stars in your own private backyard seating area. We hope you enjoy what our place and all that Charlotte has to offer! Property is split into 2 completely separate and private units: an upper unit and a lower unit. The upper unit is your completely private unit with your own private entrance. The lower unit we rent to our son and daughter-in-law. They are both lovely—working professionals, super respectful and quiet. Their unit is completely separate and has its own private entrance. Most guests report never seeing or hearing them at all.

Our stay was excellent all around! House is very clean, well kept, comfortable beds, pillows, towels, etc. Owner is awesome. We would definitely come back again! Thank you for a great visit!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The neighborhood was quiet and in a great location to visit Charlotte. The house itself was well furnished and nicely appointed. The two king beds rooms were spacious and comfortable. We are very happy we stayed here.
