Stylish 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment with a queen sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, and a shared backyard featuring a wooden deck, stock tank pool, fire pit, and grill. Located in a quiet neighborhood, minutes from Houston’s top attractions. Sleeps up to 6 guests.

-Living Room: Cozy space with a queen-size sofa bed, flat-screen Smart TV (guests must log in with their own streaming accounts), and boho-modern decor.
-Bedrooms: Two queen beds, soft linens, wall-mounted Smart TVs (requires guest login for streaming), and closet space.
-Bathroom: Clean and modern with a walk-in shower, fresh towels, and toiletries.
-Kitchen & Dining: Fully equipped with modern appliances, cookware, and a dining area for six.
-Shared Backyard (First-Come, First-Serve):
1. Wooden deck with seating.
2. Stock tank pool (closed during winter).
3. Wood fire pit (logs not provided).
4. Charcoal grill (bring your own charcoal).
Guest Access & Communication:
-Guests have full access to the apartment. The backyard is shared, so please respect quiet hours (10 PM – 7 AM). If you need assistance, message me via the app—I respond quickly during normal hours. Urgent matters can be addressed via call or text.

-No parties or large gatherings (penalty fees apply).

The unit was convenient to downtown where we were attending a concert. It was clean, beds were comfortable, yard was large and fully enclosed which was convenient, as we were traveling with our dog. The neighborhood was quiet and appears to be in transition with older homes that need work, some being renovated, and new ones being built.

Stayed here with my daughter for our trip to Houston. Location was perfect - very centrally located and easy to get to everything. We explored many parts of the city and were never more than 30 min away from our destination - most were within 10-15 minutes. The unit was very clean and cute. Beds were comfortable and towels were fluffy. The backyard was a nice bonus. We were able to enjoy the stock tank pool one evening. Gaston was very responsive in all communication and check out was very painless - no endless lists of things to do before checking out. We were a little wary of staying in the Third Ward but this place is on a nice quiet street and we never felt uncomfortable. Highly recommend.

I stayed for the weekend with my family, and we have four young kids. This house was okay to stay in for the weekend, but I probably wouldn’t stay here again. The house is well decorated and looks beautiful, it’s not very practical. It’s and old house that is recently renovated. If you have more than one car and the other renters in the building have multiple vehicles, parking will be difficult. The walls are thin so being on the bottom floor, we could hear almost every step from our upstairs neighbors. The shower is pretty but just not practical, it really needs a sliding door and a normal shower head so the entire bathroom floor doesn’t fill with water. The ice maker in the fridge doesn’t work so be prepared to buy ice. There are no normal cups to drink out of, just wine glasses which wasn’t ideal for little kids. The beds weren’t comfortable at all. If you’re planning on cooking, be aware that there’s no pans that can go in the oven. The kitchen sink doesn’t get hot (luckily it was just the sink, the shower heat was fine). At night, there’s flood lights in the house that are very bright and there’s no curtains, so it was tough to sleep. And lastly, the cowboy pool in the back isn’t really a pool — it’s just a stock tank full of water with no pump. It was super hot so we didn’t actually get to use it. Like I said, this house is cute & close to a lot which is great, and the host communicated a lot and wasn’t overbearing which was nice, but it’s just not a practical house.
