Very helpful staff, the only hotel ever to have towels that smell great!
Rooftop restaurant offers great views of Jadriyyah.
Near to Jadriyya mall ( walking disrance)
Near to Iraqi restaurants if you can walk about 15 to 20 minutes.
All in all, my stay in Baghdad was great. However, due to security situation it has become the norm to go through multiple layers of checking with sniffer dogs in some cases, X ray machines for luggage and travelers. Being Lebanese this did not bother me much.

"Staff kindness ,location and comfort.
Despite many phone calls in advance that a shuttle driver should be waiting to pick up us to the hotel free of charge but no one was waiting for us."
