Our stay at Borgo 39 Bed & Breakfast was exceptionally pleasant. From the start, the host was incredibly kind and responsive, helping us throughout our trip and accommodating all our requests. The check-in instructions were very precise, and the process went completely smoothly. The information provided on where to park for free was also extremely helpful.
The apartment was spotless and neatly arranged, complete with fresh, clean white linens and towels. The bathroom was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the host thoughtfully left a juice box in the kitchen as an extra treat for our son. Another lovely gesture was a traditional fan given to me as a gift! We were also provided with discount cards valid for the cable car up to the centre of San Marino, the historic fortresses, and even several local venues.
We especially appreciated the charming design details throughout the apartment, which gave the space a refined and stylish character.
Although the apartment was stylishly furnished, it wasn't particularly spacious, and I wouldn't describe it as comfortable for a couple—it would be much more ideal for a single traveller. The bathroom didn't have a proper door, and there were no partitions at the top between the toilet, bathroom, and the rest of the room. Furthermore, the glass panels separating the bedroom, bathroom, and toilet were not frosted enough, making it easy to see what was happening behind them. It is quite uncomfortable to use the toilet knowing that others in the room can both see and hear what you are doing.
The room feels suited specifically for intimate encounters (the entire ceiling is covered with mirrors, so you can see yourself from every angle while in bed), but even for that purpose, it remains unsettling to have everything so visible while using the bathroom and toilet.

The apartment was beautiful, modern and clean. It was easy to get to and the parking situation was very ideal. The host texted me updates throughout my stay and was very helpful and quick to respond. It was a very pleasant experience. The property was in the perfect location and was a short walk to the cable car to get up to the beautiful old town of San Marino.

Very nice place close to San Marino old town. 10 min walk. Very pleasant stay, very nice host. Excellent breakfast.
