The breakfast was nice with good variety , the room was clean and comfortable, and the hot water had excellent pressure. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. They will come out to accompany you, help with your luggage, arrange transport, or even walk with you when you need to get picked up or dropped off as it’s located in a pedestrian only street.
The location is just opposite the railway station, which is convenient for some travelers but the road can get quite busy with heavy traffic so taxi apps will not pick you up. But there are plenty of tuk tuks. The hotel is located right in the middle of a market so the surroundings can feel overwhelming.

The staff was very friendly and polite. They were always there to help whenever we needed it. I was there with my family, and our rooms were pretty, close to each other, and cleaned every day. We ordered food from their restaurant; the noodle dishes and fried rice were tasty.
It would have been nice if the food/coffee we ordered had arrived within half an hour. Our family wasn't very happy with the Indian cuisine, such as dal tadka and veg sabji.

This place is perfectly located for exploring Dheli, and a nice calm and clean sanctuary amongst the business of the city. Not accessible directly by car but the hotel assisted with transport and helping us find the hotel. The street it's on is quiet and seemed safe.
Although the rest of the staff were really nice and friendly, someone who appeared to be the manager was really pushy trying to sell us taxis and tours. We didn't need or want anything except for help with a train ticket booking but he was fairly insistent that we booked our entire India trip including tickets and transfers through him. He used pushy sales tactics like showing us how dangerous India is and he implied how we would be scammed if we didn't book through him. It was a very stressful and upsetting way to start our first day in India. We turned down his offer and sorted ourselves out as planned and had no issues during our trip. The breakfast looked pretty disgusting and the coffee on offer was undrinkable, we opted to go elsewhere.
