THE LOCATION

Very modern and clean- food amazing
Location is bit off the main road so taxis won’t come there. But staff all helped take our bags out to main road for us.

We were a family of 5 people and had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Newly renovated rooms with modern, clean amenities. Netflix and YouTube were a pleasant delight for kids. The staff were excellent and very welcoming. Hotel restaurant also cooked delicious meals.
The location we found to be excellent experiencing the real hustle and bustle of Old Delhi and we felt safe even with two boys 6 and 9 years old.
All good

The bed was very comfy and the showers were great. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Room was very big would be great for a group.
The bed sheets had visible stains but not fresh stains just seemed old. The window in the bathroom was visibly dirty and the blind needs to be changed as it was mouldy
The location is nothing against the hotel but coming to Dehli we were already overwhelmed and the route to get to this hotel was hard to navigate, crowded and we didn’t always feel safe. However on this note the hotel did help us booking an uber and offered the security guard to walk us to the meeting point
