Leider nicht sauber vorgefunden

Leider haben wir die Wohnung bei unserer Ankunft in keinem besonders sauberen Zustand vorgefunden. In der Wohnung war ein deutlicher Rauch- bzw. Qualmgeruch wahrzunehmen. Die Küchenschränke und Türen waren schmierig, auch die Lichtschalter waren sichtbar verschmutzt. Im Küchenbereich lag zudem noch ein schmutziges Handtuch. Einen Großteil der Verschmutzungen haben wir schließlich selbst gereinigt, damit wir uns einigermaßen wohlfühlen konnten. Auch die Dusche hätte dringend wieder eine gründliche Reinigung und Entkalkung nötig gehabt. Sehr unangenehm war außerdem das Kopfkissen, das extrem stark nach Febreze bzw. Textilerfrischer roch. Zum Glück habe ich grundsätzlich meine eigene Bettwäsche dabei. Insgesamt hätten wir uns vor unserer Ankunft eine deutlich gründlichere Reinigung der Wohnung gewünscht. Gerade bei einer Ferienwohnung sollte man erwarten können, dass sie sauber und ordentlich an die nächsten Gäste übergeben wird.

Perfekt für eine große Familie

Großes Appartement mit allem was man braucht, perfekt für eine 4 köpfige Familie. Es ist geschmakvoll eingerichtet. Die Sauberkeit geht in Ordnung.

Leider ist das App. sehr hellhörig, man bekommt alles mit, was über einem passiert. Es gibt hier und da noch etwas zu verbessern, aber nichts gravierendes.

Sauber!

Dieser Aufenthalt war absolut inakzeptabel. In der Wohnung über uns lebt der Vermieter mit seiner Familie und kleinen Kindern, was während des gesamten Aufenthalts zu ständigem und unkontrollierbarem Lärm geführt hat. Wir sind vor einer langen Reise angereist, um einen ruhigen Sonntag in entspannter Atmosphäre zu verbringen und uns auszuruhen – stattdessen waren wir ständig gestört und deutlich mehr belastet als erholt. Obwohl wir dreimal über Booking sowie über WhatsApp Kontakt aufgenommen haben, wurden die ersten beiden Hinweise nur kurzfristig berücksichtigt. Unsere dritte Nachricht wurde bewusst gelesen, aber nicht mehr beantwortet; dies zeigt eindeutig, dass die Zufriedenheit der Gäste keine Rolle spielt. Trotz mehrfacher Hinweise wurde vollständig ignoriert, dass unser behindertes Kind sehr lärmempfindlich ist. Stundenlanges Rennen, Schreien und Poltern machten die Wohnung praktisch unbewohnbar. Wir haben für diese Unterkunft bezahlt, dennoch wurde das grundlegendste Recht auf eine ruhige und respektvolle Unterkunft nicht erfüllt. Umso widersprüchlicher war die Nachricht des Vermieters mit der Bitte, 10 Punkte zu vergeben, als wäre alles positiv gewesen. Dass eine Unterkunft, in der über der Wohnung eine Familie mit Kindern lebt und der Lärm nicht kontrolliert werden kann, ohne diesen Umstand klar in der Beschreibung zu erwähnen, vermietet wird, ist irreführend. Für Gäste, die Ruhe suchen, und insbesondere für Familien mit behinderten Kindern, ist diese Unterkunft definitiv nicht geeignet. Diese Unterkunft kann ich klar nicht empfehlen.
