The host Sébastien is friendly & helpful above and beyond the usual and deserves credit for that. The general usage of the shared spaces was good and without hassle.
The place is very close to a beautiful large park, and is only a few stops on the metro away from Gare du Nord. The local area was also generally good with some nice boulangeries to get some breakfast from and eat in the park. Also numerous supermarkets and a singular coffee place near the Laumière metro stop.
I think the host could avoid some misunderstandings if the room descriptions were a little clearer - here I mean both photos of the room and general descriptions.
We booked the "Business double room" but weren't aware at the time that this was an interior room with no outside window, since this was not clear from the photos. A fan and a dehumidifier were provided, which helped to some extent, but if you don't like this style of room then it would be useful to know about it in advance. Having said that, the room was comfortable enough within the limitations of the layout.

The home owner was very helpful, patient, available and welcoming, we kept it touch for all the staying and he answered all of our questions. The house is connected through the subway station and we could reach almost every places, the surrounding area was also convenient and also the room was comfortable. I would gladly go back there.

És un apartament en una zona veritablement tranquil.la, segura i a la vegada amb molts serveis i comerços, per menjar i fer alguna copa a la nit. A uns 100m del Parc Des Buttes Chaumont, una meravella!
Bona comunicació amb transport públic.
He quedat enamorada de la zona.
Es tracta d'un loft amb tres habitacions que poden reservar-se per separat o conjuntament. Amb qui es comparteixen les zones comunes. Nosaltres hem estat molt a gust amb la resta d'hostes
