Falta de transparencia en reglas y forma de pago
Nuestra experiencia no fue satisfactoria y decidimos dejar el alojamiento antes de lo previsto debido al malestar generado por reglas que no estaban informadas en la publicación y por el trato del anfitrión.
Al llegar, se nos informó de condiciones que, de haberlas conocido con anticipación, no hubiéramos realizado la reserva. La primera fue el cobro adicional por cada adulto y niño que ingresa como visita. El alojamiento es grande y cuenta con piscina, por lo que esperábamos poder compartir algunos momentos con familiares y amigos, pero esto generó situaciones constantes de tensión. El anfitrión también indicó que todas las visitas debían ser previamente informadas y autorizadas.
La segunda situación fue la presencia de cámaras en todo el sector externo, desde las cuales se monitoreaba la cantidad de personas y vehículos que ingresaban. Esto nos hizo sentir sin privacidad, especialmente porque me alojaba con mi hijo menor. Las grabaciones, según se nos informó, se almacenan en el teléfono personal del anfitrión, sin que tengamos acceso ni claridad sobre su uso.
Durante varios días hubo negociaciones por la devolución de los días no utilizados. Finalmente, tras observar por cámaras la presencia de visitas, se nos advirtió después de las 21:00 que debíamos desalojar antes de las 10:00 del día siguiente o llamaría a la policía, lo que nos obligó a buscar otro alojamiento de urgencia.
Como punto adicional, el pago no se realiza a través de la plataforma de Booking, sino por medios alternativos, lo que para mí, como huésped extranjera, también representó una dificultad.
Recomiendo a futuros huéspedes confirmar con anticipación todas las reglas sobre visitas, cámaras y forma de pago antes de reservar.
