Fine apartment, poor support if something is needed

The apartment itself was good — it was clean, very well located, and comfortable. Everything was as described, and I truly enjoyed the stay from that perspective.

Unfortunately, my experience with Charlie was disappointing. After checking out, I realized I had left my hoodie behind. I returned to the apartment just three hours later to see if I could retrieve it, but I received only a response to wait for the next 48h for any update. In that time I had to leave the city, only to ask again, after 2 days about the status. Apparently the thing was not found. It’s very frustrating and disappointing, especially considering the good reputation the company has. While the apartment itself was great, the lack of communication and customer support significantly affected my overall experience.

Do quarto. Tinha utensílios e era novo.

A recepção. Cheguei com 15 minutos de antecedência e a moça queria me deixar na rua porque o código de acesso seria liberado apenas às 15 horas. Eu reclamei e ela me deixou esperar do lado de dentro. Precisa de treinamento a moça.

Localização ruim, baladas horríveis que ficam insupportáveis para o primeiro andar. Banheiro coletivo deve estar em destaque para ninguem cair neste besteira. Ter que alugar uma panela para poder usar. Não tinha tapete no banheiro pra sair do chuveiro.
