The location is very convenient, it's just by the metro and if you need an elevator, it's also right there by the hotel. Around the hotel are many eateries, cafes and convenience stores if you ever need a munch.
We were a bit confused when we saw that the hotel provided us plastic bags. We thought it was for trash but since there weren't any instructions, we didn't end up using them. Perhaps a clearer note to say that the bags are for trash?

The room was on the whole, new and clean-looking (could find bits of prawn shells in the freezer compartment and 2 strands of hair on the floor near the sofa but this was something I could overlook). The place was near to a subway station and this made it very convenient to get to various places. It was also near to an airport limousine bus stop, which was great.
I booked the place for a 7D6N stay. On the day of check-in, I was told there would be partial cleaning on the 3rd day and full cleaning on the 6th day. On the 3rd day, 2 cleaning ladies came and I was in the room doing some work. Perhaps because I was around, the cleaning ladies went about their job very quickly, which was fine by me. After they left, I realised that the toilet paper wasn’t topped up. Hence, I went to the staff at the counter to help with this. The staff said ok, but the toilet paper didn’t come. Before I left the hotel, I reminded the staff again. He said ok again and that the toilet paper would be left in the room later. To summarise this, I went down 3-4 times and I did not receive any toilet paper at all. We had to buy our own in the end. On Day 6, I was expecting someone to come over and do a full cleaning. We waited till 12 noon. Nobody came. I went downstairs to ask the staff about it. She said the room would be cleaned on Day 7, which was the day we would be checking out. It didn’t make sense to us so we asked her to arrange for the cleaning staff to do it on day 6, as what was communicated to us. She said ok and she would arrange for it. And guess what? The room was left totally untouched when we returned at night. My husband and I weren’t surprised because after so many days of stay, we already there was nothing we could expect of the staff there.
