The host herself was very spoton with following up and ensuring we arrived and occupy the house with ease. A map was shared with clear directions. The caretaker both day and night were very welcoming, friendly and made us feel home away from home. The rooms were very spacious and airy, the house itself beautiful, the surrounding environment quiet and close proximity to the town center.
The check in process was smooth as there was Lucy to welcome us and show us around. Also requested the host for a possible early check in, it did not happen as we reached past check in time however she was willing to accommodate us nonetheless and very kind.
Lucy can actually prepare some meals should she be consulted at a small fee which is a plus.
Generally our stay was amazing, and i would highly recommend the bungalow!
Bit of mosquitoes here and there, as well as some ants but habitable as there are mosquito nets available. For the ants i guess natural in their habitat

The house was spacious and the deco was really good. The kids really loved the sofas in the sitting room and that the monkeys sometimes came to say hi when they were sited in the outdoor table and seats or verandah. The location was also great....close to everything important and safe. I recommend it 100%.
Some facilities were not well maintained such as some of the beds and some of the mosquito nets and some things in the kitchen were broken such as the water kettle, fans and washing machine...The place is really nice, if the host can spend some time fixing what is broken or not working well it would be excellent.

A quiet and lovely place to unwind.
We stayed ones a night from our way to Nairobi and this was exactly what we needed for a rest.
Helpful and professional people.
The house was clean and had running water and also drinking water.
Wi-Fi was fast as we needed it for some work before leaving.
This was a very nice place in kisumu,probably the best have had in kisumu
