Schwerin ist eine Reise wert

Die Wohnung ist hell, groß und in jeder Hinsicht gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war tadellos. Die Nähe zur Straßenbahn machte das Erkunden der Stadt sehr einfach. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung gerne weiter.

Unterkunft mit neuwertiger Ausstattung

Die Unterkunft zeichnete sich durch eine neuwertige Ausstattung und absolute Sauberkeit aus. Besonders angenehm war das großzügige Badezimmer mit der bodengleichen Dusche. In der geräumigen Wohnung war für vier Personen mehr als ausreichend Platz. Die Haltestelle der Straßenbahn in die Innenstadt war fußläufig innerhalb von drei Minuten zu erreichen.

Wohnung OK, Vermieter unfreundlich, forsch und uneinsichtig

Die Wohnung ist groß, gut ausgestattet und gemütlich. Klopapier, Küchenrolle, Geschirrspültabs und Müllbeutel sind jedoch nur in "Grundausstattung" vorhanden, d.h. man muss diese selber nachkaufen, weil sie in der Menge, wie sie zur Verfügung gestellt werden, nicht ausreichen.

Der Gastgeber war nicht besonders freundlich. Am Anreisetag kamen meine Eltern zu Besuch und stellten sich auf dem Hinterhof hinter unser Auto. Es gab einen Parkplatz der zur Ferienwohnung gehört, wo unser Auto parkte. Das Auto meiner Eltern behinderte niemanden und versperrte auch keine Zufahrt und es parkte nur für die Zeit des Besuches dort. Es klingelte an der Tür, ich öffnete und wir wurden von einem Mann (der sich nicht mal vorstellte!) in einem Ton belehrt, dass die Wohnung nur ein Parkplatz beinhaltet, das andere Auto sofort weg müsse und auch nicht wieder kommen dürfte. Im Nachgang stellte ich fest, dass dieser Mann der Vermieter war, weil er mir neben dieser persönlichen Ansage an der Tür auch noch eine SMS, Whatsapp und E-Mail mit demselben Text geschrieben hat. Sehr penetrant, aufdringlich und forsch! Ich habe ehrlich gesagt gedacht, dass demnächst noch eine Brieftaube mit dem Hinweis einfliegen würde. Das hätte man besser machen können: "Herzlich Willkommen. Ich bin Person X. Haben Sie gut hergefunden? Ist alles in Ordnung mit der Wohnung? Passt alles? Ach übrigens, ich habe mal eine Frage wegen des zweiten Autos." So hätte ein guter Gastgeber reagiert und wir hätte die Sache in einem ordentlichen vernünftigen Ton klären können. Hinzu kam, dass der Vermieter uns halb unterstellt hat, einen Hund dabei zu haben. Er hätte es bellen hören. An der Tür sagte er uns "Haben Sie einen Hund? Sie wissen schon, dass Hunde hier absolut verboten sind." Also ehrlich gesagt kann ich Booking Anzeigen lesen und ich verstehe auch wenn geschrieben steht "Hunde sind nicht erlaubt". Die Art und Weise uns das so zu unterstellen war nicht in Ordnung. Nach dem Aufenthalt bot ich dem Vermieter an, die Sache mittels Telefongespräch zu klären, weil ich Kritik geäußert hatte. Dazu war er am Ende dann auch nicht mehr bereit, was ich schade fand, denn um Lob und Kritik hat in einer E-Mail nach dem Aufenthalt gebeten.
