Emailed check in details in the morning well in advance of arrival. Everything was as described. Large modern kitchen which was great for communal breakfasts. Cosy sitting room with flat screen TV. Flat screen TV in all rooms. Double blinds to keep out light in the bedroom to aid sleeping. Basic small bathroom with hot power shower. Master bedroom has access to the balcony which is a nice touch. Comfortable beds. Everything was well maintained and spotlessly clean. Parking for one car. Just a really pleasant, comfortable place to stay. Would definitely stay here again.

The only small negative was that the lock on the bathroom door didn't work.

Location Initial impression is lovely

No WiFi No response re WiFi No hot water for bath But did work in the sinks so a mystery why a bath was impossible Hot shower last night but only one of us could shower this morning Reasonable hospitality would be just enough coffee etc for arrival for 2 people surely? We run pubs so hospitality is hugely important Heating was very hit and miss, very hot in the night, cool in the evening when it was needed The house is beautifully finished but the important things have been missed. I considered leaving last night and going to a hotel but It was only 1 night so we stayed
