Nice hotel, with fair balance value/quality. Food was really good both in restaurant, and room service. Bed was very comfortable, and I liked a big balcony in my room. Big thanks to reception employee Franklene for his kind assistance upon check out!
I wish, gym had a bit more machines and was bigger.
Taxi drivers often miss the hotel entry path from outside.

The pool area is gorgeous. Even surrounded by construction, you barely notice it. Such a pretty space. The hotel common areas and restaurants are also beautifully decorated.
Rooms are advertised as funky and colourful but my room had nothing funky about it, it felt drab and entirely lacking the vibe that the hotel is trying to be known for.
I spent several hours by the pool and was never approached by staff. Eventually I gave up and went in search of someone myself to order a drink, which then took a very long time to arrive.
