Una estancia maravillosa que ha superado con creces nuestras expectativas. Éramos un grupo grande, de 14 personas, con niños y personas mayores, y desde el primer momento se adaptaron de una manera exquisita a nuestras necesidades (creo que a veces se lo poníamos un poco difícil)
Queremos destacar especialmente a Ali y Yassin, los recepcionistas, por su enorme amabilidad, paciencia, cercanía y atención. Nos cuidaron muchísimo, estuvieron pendientes de nosotros en todo momento y nos facilitaron todo lo posible, incluso con nuestra llegada tardía, el check-out y el hecho de poder guardar las maletas.
Todo el personal ha sido encantador. Las limpiadoras mantenían todo impecable, y la cocinera nos preparó unos desayunos riquísimos. El riad está realmente limpio, cuidado y decorado con mucho encanto. Huele genial!
Y la ubicación es inmejorable: en plena Medina, pero al mismo tiempo es un auténtico remanso de paz y tranquilidad. Es maravilloso poder salir directamente al bullicio de la Medina y, al volver, encontrarte con un lugar tan tranquilo y acogedor.
Nos vamos con un recuerdo precioso y con la sensación de haber sido realmente cuidados. Gracias de corazón a Ali, Yassin y a todo el equipo. Sin duda, volveríamos encantados

The staff at this Riad were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for the two gentlemen at reception. We got there late at night and because the taxi could not drive to the door of the Riad one of them met us at the drop off point and walked us back. Again because it was late he allowed us go straight to bed and checked us in the next morning. Once checked in the following morning the other gentleman sat with us with a local map and marked all the recommended areas to visit and some recommendations for food and drinks. He even made a reservation for dinner for us that evening.
Again on the morning of our departure wr had an early flight, they booked a taxi for us and walked us to the pick up point.
Breakfast was provided and whilst there was no choice it was really good. Selection of breads and spreads, omelette, fruit and yoghurt.
Excellent all round.
