We found the apartment to be very spacious and comfortable, decorated to a very high standard with rainfall style shower, and it was exceptionally clean. Location was perfect, within walking distance to the main historic sites, but a quiet and peaceful place to retreat to. It also has a local supermarket with everything you could need below the apartment. Biagio is such a warm, welcoming and helpful host too. All in all, a wonderful stay and would 100% recommend this apartment.

WIr waren für 3 Tage in Palermo, die Lage ist sensationell. Die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten kann man zu Fuss erreichen, für Strandbesuche hat es in 7 Fussminuten eine Bushaltestelle. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, gemütliches Bett und Kissen, beides in optimaler Härte, und nachts sehr ruhig. Alles was es zur Erholung in dieser Stadt braucht!
Die Wohnung liegt in der ZTL Zone. Wir empfehlen vorab einen Tagespass zu besorgen, da die angegebenen Verkaufsstellen (famila und tabacchino) keine anbieten konnten. Um eine Busse zu verhindern, konnte der Vermieter einen Pass lösen. Das war super nett von ihm!

Super central almost everything a 2-5 min walk but located in a peaceful neighborhood with no crowds walking under your windows.
An underground secured paid parking and a huge super market literally right under the apt makes your life easy. Cleanliness is 10/10.

Excellent apartment with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was very clean, well-equipped, and in a great location, just a short walk from the city center. The host was friendly, responsive, and happy to help with any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
