Viel Platz und neue Ausstattung.

Mehr Ablagemöglichkeiten (z.Bsp. Im Bad zu wenig Haken). Licht nicht optimal. Im Wohnbereich (Couch) zu hell und im Küchenteil kein Licht. Fehlende Information zur Lage nah an Fußgängerzone. Durch Anlieferungsverkehr recht früh hohe Geräuschkulisse.

Die Möblierung war etwas dürftig. Auch bei einer Wohnung für 2 Petsonen hätte ich mir einen 4. Stuhl gewünscht und ein etwas größeres Angebot an Geschirr. Im Bad fehlen zusätzliche Haken und abstellmöglichkeiten für Kosmetik u. Ä..
