Good location. Lots of amenities, eye mask, headphones, robe, full bed set with pillows & blanket, slippers, towel, noise machine and plenty of space for a smaller room, a smaller suitcase fit under my bed, there's a few cabinets under the mirror and a drawer for extra storage as well as hooks for hanging coats, bags and towel. Bathrooms were also very clean.
My room was directly next to a maintenance closet and with the open ceilings it was pretty loud very very early in the morning but other than that it was a very pleasant stay and a super cool experience.

room was exactly as aspected, slept well and was situated in a really well connected part of NYC. had no problems navigating the area and felt safe
you could hear everything happening in another room - could even hear someone plugging in their phone charger from two rooms away

The location is perfect, you can easily get everywhere from the hotel. The hotel and all the facilities were very clean, and the staff were amazing, friendly and extremely helpful. I really enjoyed my stay.
The only downside was the noise. Because of the open ceiling design, you can hear almost everything from the other rooms and communal areas. You also have to be very mindful when talking on the phone, as you can easily disturb other guests. Apart from that, I have nothing to complain about.

Location was perfect
Doors were very noisy during the night. Also someone’s alarm was going off for 30+ minutes at 6am.
