About this apartment rental

I offer you this fully furnished, 2-room apartment located in Cocody, Riviera Faya in a secure area .

It includes: a connected TV (netflix, YouTube), unlimited high-speed wifi, air conditioning, new bathroom with towel, hair dryer, liquid soap, a bright bedroom with shelves, iron, night light, sheets. A fully equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave, kettle.. .

Cleaning is done at the request of the guest (additional cost). We have a prepaid meter for recharging electricity, in case of exceeding it you will be asked for an extra charge (you have to plan on average 10,000f per week for electricity)

On the first floor of the building you will find several shops (mini-markets, gas depot, mobile money charging points, a caretaker and 2 minutes from the building you have a lounge, a tea room, hairdressing salon and spa...

The neighborhood is very secure and it is developing quite quickly.
