About this house rental
Hello, we are João and Maria! Our space is an ideal house for families seeking accommodation near one of the best beaches in Florianópolis. It is located 500m from Daniela Beach and next to the local market. This way you can do everything on foot and enjoy the neighborhood to the fullest. Daniela Beach is famous for its calm sea and for being one of the most peaceful and safe neighborhoods in Florianópolis. And for those seeking a bit more excitement, we're next to Jurerê, close to the city's trendiest spots. Generally, we accept up to 6 people, but we can accommodate more, provided it's communicated and arranged in advance. For check-in and check-out, we can greet you personally or leave the keys in the safe for automated access. Our hours are: check-in from 2 PM and check-out until 11 AM. However, we can arrange early check-in and late check-out depending on our availability; contact us and we'll be happy to assist you! Our basic rules are: 1) maintain silence during rest periods; 2) no smoking inside the house; 3) Don't forget to relax, have fun, and make the most of every moment on this wonderful beach! Pets are welcome and will be safe inside the property, as it is fenced. We only ask that you do not leave them unattended inside the house and that you pick up their waste. We live in the house on the street behind the accommodation and will be available to help you whenever you need it. We have a cleaning and maintenance team for any eventuality.
