House was as advertised and pretty well kept. There was trash left on the back patio that looked like prior guest trash. Also the oven does not work in the unit and we bought food to make in the oven so that was a bummer. Other than those 2 things was great and easy to walk to the beach.

The communication was great...Very informative and patient, especially as this was our first-time with Vrbo. It was also timely, which was a huge reassurance for us. The house was extremely clean, and the directions made everything easy! We look forward to staying here again. What a great experience!
