A hidden gem for connoisseurs – simply feel at ease! Welcome to our farm. The unique landscape, the peace and quiet, and the seclusion make the mountain village of Niederthai in the Ötztal Valley a true insider tip! We greatly appreciate that our farm is located far from the hustle and bustle on the tranquil, sunny Niederthai plateau. The family apartments (approx. 48m²) for 2 to 4 people are lovingly furnished and decorated – perfect for a relaxing holiday! Price for 2 people, additional persons/children are extra. Master bedroom with solid wood double bed (180x200 cm) *Children's bedroom for 2 children with bunk beds *Living/dining room with comfortable sofa & flat screen TV *Modern kitchen equipped with 4-burner ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker (your choice of), kettle, egg cooker & toaster *Bathroom with shower/toilet and hairdryer *Dish towels, dishwasher tablets, dish soap, organic & regular garbage bags, toilet paper *Crib & highchair are available free of charge *Relaxed Sleeping under duvets made of llama wool – a dream come true! Adventureland – kids can experience so much in and around our farm. The petting zoo is a huge hit with children. Up close contact with a variety of animals, such as guinea pigs, cats, llamas, alpacas, horses, and ponies (English Thoroughbreds, Warmbloods, Tinkers, Haflingers, and Shetlands). Shetland pony leading and riding lessons are available Monday to Friday and only during the summer. The weekly free llama and alpaca hike (summer and winter) with Lamero Gerhard is a hit with young and old! In winter, the Niederthai Card is included, which includes all snow sports!
