Bright and comfortable, the apartment features a spacious private terrace overlooking the tropical gardens and communal swimming pools, perfect for relaxing, sunbathing or enjoying meals outdoors. Although located on the ground floor, its elevated position gives it a first-floor feel and provides additional privacy.

The living and dining area features a Smart TV and direct access to the terrace. The modern, fully equipped kitchen also provides access to the laundry area.
The master bedroom has a double bed, built-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom also has a double bed, wardrobe and direct access to the terrace. A second full bathroom with shower is also available.
The apartment includes central air conditioning with heating and cooling, high-speed WiFi, Smart TV and a private parking space.

Locrimar Phase V offers beautifully maintained tropical gardens, sun loungers and two outdoor communal swimming pools.
Important: the pools are seasonal and are usually open from 16 June to 15 September, from 10:00 to 21:00. Opening dates and times are determined by the community and may be subject to change.
