About this house rental

5 minute walk to KSU stadium! Rooftop deck AND backyard ground deck! + patio. Campus within walking distance. Very quiet neighborhood with huge front yard and backyard. Fenced in backyard!
1 acre lot + modern home. Farm fresh eggs available for purchase!
Each outdoor sitting and dinning area is large.
Beautiful constructed wooden structures with an easy-access staircase to the rooftop deck.

Our stay in Manhattan, KS was made all the more enjoyable by staying at this location! Property was clean, located in a very quiet neighborhood. Just minutes from the K-State campus, it offered convenience without sacrificing a quiet, relaxed stay. Highly recommend!

This was a great place for us to stay. It's an easy drive to the KSU campus, which is why we were in town. Being able to bring our dogs along was important. The house is located on a nice quiet side street which was also a plus. Would not hesitate to stay here again.
