The apartment was well appointed, nice small kitchen with everything necessary for a short stay. Good size tv for the size of the lounge and a heatpump - that once we figured out how to get it going was effective as the temperature dropped quickly now we are headed into winter. Bed was comfortable and a good size room with large wardrobe, extra pillows and blankets. Overall a great little apartment with parking right outside. The downstairs apartment we had was around the side with no view and a high fence so I wouldn't like it if we were spending time there during the day, but we were there at night so not a problem.
Check in was not very close and we found it slightly confusing to find initially. Try not to go in peak Field Days traffic lol. We were late and so once we settled we got Uber eats to deliver from Taco Bell which was very quick and easy.

This apartment is very convenient for anyone visiting the hospital. It’s extremely clean, and the full kitchen is a great bonus if you need to prepare meals for a patient.
There is some noise from the street and occasional helicopters, but it’s still within an acceptable range.If you plan to walk to the hospital, I recommend not following Google Maps. Instead, turn right when you exit the apartment, walk through St Peter Park and the car park, then go up the stairs. You’ll reach Hague Street. Continue straight, pass the car park building, and you’ll arrive at the transit lounge.

The room was perfect and very clean. A brush and pan would have been useful because the room service did not cover cleaning the floor. The walls are paper thin. I could hear everything that the neighbours above and beside me talking about and walking and a screaming child. The plus for this is that it’s close to the hospital, but definitely not worth the price.
