I booked this hotel for my parents; they got the best treatment by staff at Saltstayz! Parvinder's customer service was top notch. We had some issue with the room we moved in but it was resolved quickly by the staff, and we were moved into another room :) Breakfast and dinner was great! We will definitely recommend it to everyone. Thanks so much team Saltstayz.
there is nothing to say but yes, the room they moved in first, Tv was not working and electronic kettle was faulty. But as i said the staff was very helpful, and they moved my parents to another room :)

The location was good, the staff behaviour was decent, the rooms were clean.
The kitchen landline number was not working, I have a patient with me but the lift suddenly stopped working and we have to struggle to go up to 2nd floor
