We have been coming to this hotel regularly since it first opened and have stayed in several different rooms over the years. Every stay has always been wonderful, which is exactly why we keep coming back.
This time, however, we were surprised with an unexpected complimentary room upgrade — and it was absolutely amazing! The room was beautiful, modern and stylish, with great attention to detail. The freestanding bathtub with the TV directly opposite was such a luxurious touch and made the whole experience feel extra special. It was an unexpected surprise that we truly appreciated.
The staff, as always, are fantastic — warm, friendly, professional and genuinely welcoming. They are definitely one of the reasons we enjoy returning so much.
Breakfast is also excellent, with a great selection, very good quality and everything fresh and beautifully presented.
After so many stays and so many different rooms, we can confidently say that the quality has always been consistently excellent. But this unexpected upgrade was truly the cherry on top and made this particular stay unforgettable. Thank you for such a lovely surprise — we will definitely be back!

We were staying with them for a second time and it is clean, modern looking hotel with a pleasant staff. We asked to check-in earlier and they kindly approved our request which we are really thankful for.
Breakfast was somehow less appealing compared to the first time, but it might also be just an impression.

Bardzo komfortowy, czysty hotel, przemiła obsługa, bardzo pomocna. Śniadania urozmaicone, pyszne. Plus też za restaurację hotelową, która serwuje świetne posiłki.
