Avoid – toilet blocked on arrival, blamed by host, poor handling of complaints:

The location was convenient, but unfortunately my stay was disrupted shortly after arrival.

The toilet was blocked when I arrived and was unusable from the beginning of my stay. I reported the problem immediately and requested alternative accommodation. Instead, the host repeatedly asked me to cancel the reservation and leave the apartment as soon as possible. I had already checked in late, around 6 PM, after travelling for several hours, which made the situation extremely stressful. Rather than helping me find a practical solution, the host kept pushing for cancellation and departure, leaving me to arrange alternative accommodation myself at short notice. The experience caused significant inconvenience, stress, and dissatisfaction. Fortunately, I found another nearby apartment where the hosts were friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful, which highlighted the contrast in customer service. I would advise future guests to avoid this option, as the property was not in proper condition on arrival and the issue was not handled professionally

Everything was great — quiet place with parking available, and most places can be reached on foot

bathroom shower setup — after showering, the floor would always stay wet. But this seems to be common there, so maybe it just felt unusual for someone from Northern Europe.

Yatak rahattı.

Kirliydi. Banyo lavabosu, klozet ve yerler temizlenmemişti. Banyoda yerlerde saçlar vardı. Banyoyu kullanmadığımız tek yerdi.
