Very good location and nice view, abd the staff are extremely helpful and they will help you with your luggage from the pier to the hotel and back

The location is great, no need for a bike because everything is max 10 minutes walk. The staff even pick you up and drop you off at the port so you don’t have to carry your luggage through the heat. We also had a small dispute with our room neighbours as the smoking area was outside their room and they weren’t happy about it and took it out on us. The staff apologised to us and resolved the situation perfectly by moving it closer to our room. And to top it all off, we left something in our room and they organised for it to be sent as a parcel on a ferry to Krabi to save us coming back. So kind and so thoughtful. The room was lovely aswell, the tv works and has Netflix. Honestly 10/10 stay.
