It was a great location for a tourist, apartment was nice and clean, close by to local subway and amenities.
The address was not the actual address which caused confusion, for people that are not so up to date with technology this would not be ideal. Also the response of the host wasn't always as quick as we would have liked.

The apt is spacious. The kitchen is well equipped. Shame that it can’t be properly used. The shower water heats well although the pressure is quite average. Fairly well located despite the misleading information about the address.
The host has a lot of rules that are only disclosed upon arrival and in my opinion are unreasonable like not being allowed to draw the curtains, eat heavily condimented food. The washing machine is not in the apt, you need to pay extra to use it (there's a minimum charge of 15usd so it's too expensive if you're staying for a short time) and there's no clothing rack to dry it so you also have to pay for the drying machine and so you're held hostage in the apt waiting for the machines to do their thing. I don’t think it should be advertised as an option without the extra fee associated.
The ac is very loud and the noise isolation of the apt is terrible. Because of the rule where you can't draw the curtains, the ac is pointless because it's behind them. The bed pillows are super uncomfortable and the mattress is deformed so it sinks in the middle (I’ve seen another guest commenting the same a few months ago so it seems no change has been made)
HOST: very problematic behaviour which started on the day of our arrival after I texted her 30 mins after landing instead of the moment of my landing (although I had given her my flight number) due to having issues installing my e-sim. She started to berate me about "not following the rules and communicating poorly". She also refused to communicate on booking's platform saying she preferred WhatsApp and she ignored my messages that day of the check out asking her what she expected from us (i.e. where to leave the keys of the apt). Then there was an issue with the washing machine: because it's not in the apt and she never explained where it was. When she was contacted, she told me she'd make a video about how to do it but she didn't. I contacted her again and when she was asked about the detergent, she gave a poor explanation and freaked out about my misunderstanding.
