We visit Oceania Bay Residence regularly, and this apartment owned by Eiki is by far our top choice and the best one we’ve stayed in. The apartment has a great layout with plenty of space, lots of natural light, a balcony, and a huge terrace. Having air conditioning in every room was also a major plus. We will definitely be happy to return!
The kitchen equipment could be a bit better. Some basic wooden spoons/spatulas were missing, the frying pan could use a replacement, and a potato peeler would have been handy. However, it’s nothing we couldn't manage without, and it certainly didn't spoil our stay.

zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei Balkone, eine Terrasse; unser Toaster war kaputt und wir haben einen neuen in 20 Minuten bekommen; super Ausstattung: Waschmaschine, Wäschetrockner, auch sonst alles da, was man braucht (Wasserkocher, Toaster, Mikrowelle); Parkplatz kostenlos und im Schatten; Aufzug; Personal sehr nett; zum Strand bzw. zum Ort ist man in 5 Minuten gefahren; gute Autobahnanbindung; ruhig
einiges in der Ausstattung/ Einrichtung müsste bald mal erneuert werden; am Pool etwas besser fegen (Mörtel); man braucht ein Auto

Grand espace , cuisine bien équipée , ascenseur , piscine propre. Parking sous terrain pratique pour éviter la voiture au soleil.

Lovely, spacious, well-equipped appartment. We enjoyed going to the gym and pool and were appreciative of the welcome goodies in the fridge on arrival. Nice owner too. Highly recommend his place.
