The room was perfect, just like in the photos. The room was clean; the air conditioning and fridge were working; there were clean towels, clean bed linen, etc.
What I didn't like was that the shower was very worn out. It wasn't possible to control where the water flowed!

Location. Insofar as it was in town
The staff were helpful
Room was very very small. Tired furniture. Fridge on a small shelf half way up the wall
Room door wouldn't open fully because it hit the bathroom wall.
Bathroom was minute. Literally knocking your elbows manoeuvring around.
We found it difficult to move around the room as it was so small. eg you had to step back in order to navigate around the bed.
Aircon switched on but not off
Location was in a pretty scruffy backstreet
All in all our understanding of boutique didn't match that of the owners!
Given all of the above it was overpriced and I wouldn't stay here again
