Lovely location, quiet and relaxing. We didn’t use the hot tub as we had to be in Blackpool for a number of hours in the evening otherwise we would have done.
I would like you to consider replacing the mattress so it isn’t a spring one. Few springs on one side made the bed uncomfortable. Perhaps adjust the headboard so the pillows don’t disappear down the back.

Communications after booking were poor no email response and a rude person on other end of phone
Toilets poor build quality but clean but staying in pod and having to go out for toilet and walk through a wood was not ideal

Amazing property throughly enjoyed our night stay! The grounds where amazing abit muddy but to be expected with the place that it is my little boy loved the muddy puddles
An option to purchase wood when booking and have the hot tub pre lit with it before arrival would be amazing as it took a long time to heat
