It was the perfect place for our family to stay in Plano. Quite spacious for 5 people. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. We stayed for a couple more nights because we were able to rest well after long hours of travel. It was like home, away from home. We even got to celebrate our son's 12th bday. Quick communication was much appreciated.

Good location, spacious
Condition of the apartment was not good and it wasn’t stocked well for us to have a good experience. We didn’t even have toilet paper!! It was also very noisy and we cudnt get a good nights resr

The apartment is very beautiful and comfortable.
When we got there, the apartment was still being cleaned even though it was already our checking in window time. We requested checking in early but ended up getting there in our regular window time, but the apartment was not ready. We had to wait 30 minutes .
Also, we had to communicate back and forth with the tenant about he parking spot .
The main door handle was broken.
