War eine große Enttäuschung das Appartment war schmutzig und heruntergekommen.

Wir sind sehr enttäuscht von diesem Apartment. Bei unserer Ankunft war alles schmutzig, ungepflegt und in einem völlig inakzeptablen Zustand. Es wirkte sehr heruntergekommen und entsprach überhaupt nicht den Bildern oder der Beschreibung auf Booking,com. Die Sauberkeit war mangelhaft, sodass wir uns dort nicht wohl oder sicher gefühlt haben. Für den Preis ist dieser Zustand absolut unzumutbar. Zusätzlich war auch die Schlüsselübergabe äußerst fragwürdig. Wir mussten den Schlüssel an einem dubios wirkenden Kiosk abholen, und die Schadenskaution in Höhe von 200 € sollte einfach in einem Umschlag in einem Briefkasten eingeworfen werden. Dieses Vorgehen erschien uns so unseriös, dass wir die Kaution dort nicht hinterlassen haben. Wir bitten Booking.com daher, diesen Fall zu prüfen und uns den gezahlten Betrag vollständig zu erstatten. Ein Apartment in diesem Zustand sollte nicht an Gäste vermietet werden.

Très mauvaise expérience

Bien placé Wifi ok

L'appartement était sale, salle de bain encrassée, équipements sales et plus que vétustes. Baignoire sale, sol sale, poubelle cassée et dégoûtante. Toilettes un peu mieux mais pas de papier toilette en réserve Chambre et séjour sales, odeur de naphtaline prenant à la gorge. Des mites voletant. Cuisine sale, meubles cassés, placard encombres de vaisselle de cuisine jetés en vrac, appareils ménagers sales et datant, sauf cafetière. Dans les tiroirs, des papiers et emballages en désordre, un dépotoir. Des vieilles chaussures dans le meuble à chaussures. Une serviette de bain manquait. Nous sommes restés malgré tout car pressés, mais logement lamentable, à l'abandon.

Appartement malheureusement très sale (sanitaires pas propres, cheveux dans l’évier cuisine, projections sur le miroir de la salle-de-bains, vitres et cadres de fenêtres pas nettoyés traces brunes, linges de lit tachés et manquants pour le canapé-lit, sols du logement pas récurés.) Le propriétaire a informé qu’un nettoyage de sois-disant 2h avait été effectué avant notre arrivée ce qui est impossible! Nous avons dû nettoyer ce dernier à notre arrivée avec un enfant en bas âge, ce qui est inacceptable!
