You get to stay with a Moroccan family. The whole family was super kind! They make their kitchen available to use. I was invited to eat dinner with some guests and the family. Close enough to the center to access things there, but just far enough away to avoid the tourist hordes. There is a shop right downstairs.
These are only suggestions to improve the gite (I would go back)…
1. Have toilet paper and soap available for the guests (only squat toilets available, but that adds value to the experience).
2. Make the terraces nicer with places to sit down and have a table. The top terrace was in disarray and was not nice to stay at.
3. Respond quicker to messages from guests.
4. Have a scheduled time for breakfast and let the guests know what times it will be available.
Again, these are suggestions to make it a better place. With a few small changes, their rating should go up to a 10.
5. The Internet connection was basically nonexistent. There is no signal at all on the lowest floor, only up top.

Habitación amplia, limpio, buen desayuno, dueños amables. Está a 10min del centro del pueblo, lo que confiere tranquilidad. Pero hay una tiendecita abajo por si se necesita cualquier cosa. Mohammed nos ayudó a gestionar la contratación del guía para la subida al Tubqal.

Beautiful location with good views, a few minutes of walking away from the busy village centre. It’s a nice building with two stories of roof terrace and a fantastic view. The rooms are clean, well maintained and so are the other facilities. Muhammad and his family are absolutely lovely hosts and he is a great guide for the toubkal trek aswell. Would definately recommend!
