- The room is new (Jun 2026), the room is very nice. Decoration is very good.
- Bath room is glass, good design. It has curtain but not sure how well can cover if someone come with companion, Not a problem for me as solo traveller. anyway I put this in what I like.
- Eventhough my room at the west side, Air conditioner work well. Hotel provided the key card always insert.
- Hotel beside the 7-eleven, so can buy things.
- To have breakfast need to go another buildings but hotel provides the electric car, can call anytime.

Close to the beach, very good breakfast for Thailand (at Bayphere hotel), comfortable beach and quite clean sea for Jomtien area.
Was missing drying rack in the room
A bit far from main points in Pattaya, so you need to take a bike/taxi (but we knew that, so was not a problem for us)

I really liked this hotel for its design and interior: the room was unusual — kind of trendy, I’d say — and it was a place where you actually wanted to spend time. Even the glass partition between the living area, the shower, and the toilet, which has been criticized by others, struck me as an interesting and original solution (especially considering that I was staying alone).
However, my whole stay was spoiled by nasty neighbors who wouldn’t let me sleep at night. They deliberately slammed their door so hard that the walls were shaking (this could only have been done with significant force — there’s no way it was accidental) and banged on doors. I’ve generally noticed that people behave far more decently in city hotels than in seaside ones.
