Im groß und Ganzen waren wir bis auf paar Kleinigkeiten zufrieden

Die Unterkunft hat eine top Lage und eine super Busverbindung

Aus unserer Sicht war es zu laut was Kinder aber machen die Hecke im EG zu kurz also voll auf Sicht. Zu unpersönlich wie mögen es direkten Vorort einen Ansprechpartner zu haben.

Place de parking parfois occupée par un voisin qui recevait apparemment de la visite. C’est arrivé deux fois dans la même semaine mais les propriétaires de l’appartement n’y peuvent rien.

Unterkunft in Ordnung, organisatorische Abwicklung mangelhaft

Größe der Wohnung, Zimmer, Küche und Bad von der Größe und Ausstattung her in Ordnung, schöne Terasse. Parkplatz vor der Haustüre kostenfrei. Lage in schöner Umgebung, ruhig. Anbau zur alleinigen Benützung.

Check-In war furchtbar, Mit der Kontaktperson war die Verstängigung sehr schwierig, Informationen zum Auffinden der Wohnung und des dazugehörigen Schlüssels war widersprüchlich. Trotz mehrmaligem Nachfragen konnten die Informationen nicht erhalten werden. Die Kontaktperson schickte deshalb dann eine Beauftragte zur Schlüsselübergabe. Weiterhin konnten wir die versporchenen Allgäu-Walser-Pass nicht vor Ort erhalten, obwohl in der Vorab-Mail ausdrücklich versprochen. Dadurch entstanden uns € 18,30 Mehrkosten für ÖPNV, etc. Hier hätte ausdrücklich informiert werden müssen, dass dieser Pass nur vorab hätte ausgrdruckt werden können. Ein weiterer Mangel sind die fehlenden Bedienungsanleitungen für die Küchengaräte, z. B. Mikrowelle, Herd und Spülmaschine.
