We have been to this hotel twice this year. The hotel is decent and worth the price. Staffs were very friendly. They provided shuttle service to and from the haram. It can be very busy at times. If you’re looking for something cheap and convenient then I would recommend this hotel.
The shuttle service would get packed quickly so would recommend to leave early to secure your spot.

من أفضل الفنادق في مكه بلا مبالغة وكانت تجربتنا معهم أكثر من رائعة ، مستوى التعامل والذوق والأخلاق كان مميزًا جدًا من جميع الموظفين من الاستقبال وخدمة العملاء وحتى طاقم النظافة الككل كان متعاون وسريع الاستجابة وما كنا نطلب أي شيء إلا ويتم توفيره خلال دقائق وهذا الشيء فعلًا خلى تجربتنا مميزة ومريحة جداً..
وأخص بالشكر الأستاذة غيداء، والأستاذة لمى، والأستاذة رزان في قسم خدمة العملاء ما قصروا معنا ابداً وشالونا شيل طوال فترة إقامتنا الله يعطيهم ألف عافية على ذوقهم وأخلاقهم ولطافتهم واهتمامهم وعلى إخلاصهم وتفانيهم الواضح في عملهم 💗💗💗

Closer to restaurants and shops where one could buy gifts at good price.
TOOO NOISY. Our room was located on 11th floor and then we switched to 20th floor but still it was unable to sleeep peacefully as one was always disturbed by the buses noise and the traffic horns. Even the shuttle service was toooo noisy and the shuttle service to Haram goes every time which is good but it drops you across the hill and it is very tiring and veryc rowdy walk to haram almost 10 minutes.
