Great location, so close the the lakes and kauri forests, perfect for a group trip or families.

Host was friendly and gave good instructions. Totally appreciate being able to move our dates when we couldn't make the original dates 😊 Location - close to Kai Iwi Lakes. Comfortable beds, pillows and nice linen. Fully equipped kitchen. Large heat pump. Tidy and homely. Excellent water pressure in the shower. Nice little touches like kids toy kitchen in the kids room, Jenga and puzzle. I've provided feedback on a couple of minor things that I didn't like but despite this, it was a nice place to stay and I would stay here again.

Dirty deck - lots of possum and other animal droppings on the deck that we had to dodge every time we left or arrived at the property. Oven wasn't clean. Coffee was hard - will need to be thrown out.

It was the perfect location for a gathering we were attending

The facilities needed updating and we noticed the property next door had a heat pump
