La réactivité de la propriétaire pour répondre aux messages et pour nous avoir fourni de quoi nous éclairer pendant la coupure d’électricité suite à la tempête que la région a essuyée pendant deux jours
L’accueil a l’entrée de l’estate n’était pas au niveau , à peine un regard sur le QR code de réservation et aucunes aides pour trouver la location .. le logement ne dispose d’aucun chauffage … en période de tempête et d’hiver , le séjour fut glacial

Beautiful flat in nice location. Modern interior
Hidden costs for cleaning, but during our four night stay, no cleaners ever came. When I enquired about the almost double fee that went off my account, I was told the extra cost is disclosed (albeit in small writing) and that if I cancel my booking, I would loose all my money.
It was very cold when we were there and there was no heater/electric blankets or even spare blankets - only a thin duvet on each bed. The microwave is so low, that I had to sit on the floor in order to see the buttons. The place has great potential, but I won’t make use of SOUGHTED (the booking company) again
