The location was good , the smart tv and WiFi made it convenient to relax and wind down
The liaison person/s responses is not the best, I asked about something being in the unit beforehand , I did not get a response, on the day of check in I was told to enquire if the unit was going to be ready at a certain time , when I enquired I did not get a response until I checked in myself. The shower in the bathroom leaked badly , this caused the floor to get extremely wet every time we showered , I asked for extra towels since there was no mop in the unit , I was told laundry is not done everyday so towels for everyday (4 days) was not possible , a mop was brought along with one set of clean towels - we did not get clean towels after this (the first morning) nor did we receive a dry bathroom mat and had to make use of a soaking wet mat for the duration of our stay. Photos taken on last day.
